Refund policy

The Sacramento SPCA has a 30-day return policy for any damaged or defective merchandise. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email mktgcomm@sspca.org and attach a photo of the defective or damaged item you are returning and proof of purchase (forwarded email confirmation, screenshot, or photo of receipt). Once your return has been approved by the Sacramento SPCA, we will provide you with instructions to return the item by mail.

Damages and other issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and email us at mktgcomm@sspca.org within 7 days if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no cost to you.
